Having practised as a commercial property solicitor since 2007, Amy has extensive experience in a wide range of property related matters. Amy is accustomed to dealing with sales, purchases, refinances and development projects but specialises in commercial lettings and enjoys being part of a client’s business journey.
After many years of working in private practice, Amy now operates as a freelance solicitor. This independent way of working allows a personal and flexible service.
Since 2019, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) have allowed experienced solicitors to work and offer services to the public as a freelance solicitor. There are certain limitations placed on the work which a freelance solicitor can undertake. For that reason, services offered via this website are limited to those which do not require holding of client money. Additional services are available via an associated SRA regulated practice.
